On-site saddle fitting consultation with horse and rider biomechanical assessment (approx. 1.5–2 hours)
- 1 horse: €110
- 2 horses at the same yard: €100 per horse
- 3 horses at the same yard: €90 per horse
- Follow-up consultation (within 6 weeks): €90
- Additional saddle trial (following the initial consultation): €90
- Delivery and fitting of a new saddle: FREE (travel expenses only)

Adjustments & Minor Repairs
- Minor stitching repairs (price depending on the work required)
- Replacement girth straps:
- Short girth straps: €35 each (including fitting)
- Long girth straps: €45 each (including fitting)
- Complete saddle strip-down, inspection, cleaning and reassembly: €100
- Full wool reflocking:
- Workshop service (saddle taken to the workshop): €300
- On-site flocking adjustment: €50
Important: If, during the inspection, structural damage is identified—such as a cracked tree or any other defect that compromises the saddle’s integrity—the saddle will not be adjusted or reassembled. It will be returned to the owner in its current condition, and no charge will be made for the service. Structural defects of this nature present a significant safety risk to both horse and rider.
Travel Charges
Starting location: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona)
- Zone 1 (up to 30 km): Included
- Zone 2 (30–60 km): €30
- Zone 3 (60–100 km): €50
- Zone 4 (100–150 km): €75
- Over 150 km: Quotation on request
Please note: Travel charges apply to journeys of up to 150 km (one way) from Sant Cugat del Vallès. For greater distances, special travel routes or visits outside this area, please contact us for availability and a personalised quotation.
Where several horses are booked at the same location, travel costs may be shared between participants.
